These terms govern your use of Homie. By installing, joining, or using a household, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Homie.
Homie is operated by Jonas and Stefan, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Contact us through the contact form on heyhomie.tech.
Homie is a private AI household assistant for briefs, memory, lookouts, household coordination, and optional smart-home control.
Homie is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed while we learn with founding households.
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to install and operate Homie. Minors may use Homie through an adult household account.
You are responsible for the information your household enters, who you invite, consent from household members, connected third-party accounts, and the security of any device running Home Base.
You retain ownership of household data and content. Homie processes it only to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
A small amount of hosted authentication data may pass through Cloudflare infrastructure so the service can operate securely.
Do not use Homie to harass, defraud, harm, unlawfully process personal data, attack our hosted services, resell the service without permission, or rely on it in life-safety-critical contexts.
Homie can integrate with third-party APIs and services. You are responsible for your accounts, keys, fees, and compliance with their terms.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data handling by third-party services once you choose to connect them.
Homie uses AI models to generate text, voice replies, summaries, and drafts. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable.
Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
Cohort pricing and any founding terms are shown at signup. We will give notice before introducing paid tiers that affect existing users.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date and, where feasible, a notice on heyhomie.tech.
Homie is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or accurate AI output.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, our liability is limited. Swedish law governs these terms, and EU consumer rights are not affected.
You may stop using Homie at any time by uninstalling it and asking us to delete hosted household authentication records we control.
We may suspend or terminate hosted authentication access if these terms are violated or if the service is discontinued, with notice where feasible.
